I have lived in Florida since 2005, but I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. I learned the importance of a great work ethic and dedication earlier on through my parents’ example. Along with my own expertise, I have established relationships with expert inspectors, lenders, insurance agents, and builders to keep my clients knowledgeable about their home; this helps them through negotiations.
